Air plants are super easy to take care of, even if you have a green thumb.

Place air plants in bright diffused sun.

Drench with a mister twice a week.

Occasionally complete submerge the plant for a few hours.

Don’t use chlorinated water (well water or distilled) or let your tap water stand overnight before using.

Fertilize once a month with half strength fertilizer.

Create your own displays by gluing, stapling or wiring the plant to your container/display/wood or whatever you want to use. Use liquid nails or a silicone based glue. Air plants also thrive in lava rock, moss and bark. They should be firmly attached or wedged in to allow the plants to take root. Make sure the plant isn’t sitting in constant moisture to avoid rot.

You can see why we’re a little obsessed with air plants – we love exploring the possibilities!
