Diagnosed with PTSD at age 36 after experiencing childhood trauma, instability, the loss of both parents to cancer, and a lifelong sense of not feeling safe in her body, Belle began a long and transformative healing journey. Over the years, she explored therapy, EMDR, coaching, somatic yoga, breathwork, equine therapy, and psychedelic medicine, gradually reconnecting body, mind, and spirit.

At 51, Belle was diagnosed with breast cancer and drew upon the inner wisdom she had cultivated throughout her healing journey. She embraced a natural path that included water fasting, raw food, juicing, detoxification,healing elements of the earth, ballroom dancing, finding forgiveness, and trusting her own inner guidance.

Today, Belle is a cancer survivor, a Master Facilitator Equus Coach, and a 9D Breathwork Facilitator, and an Integrative Health Practitioner empowering clients to trust their inner wisdom and find their way back home to themselves.
