“C’mon Barbie, let’s go Hula Hoop!
We’re going to have the BEST day EVER! 90 minute Dance Party Workshop with Hula Hoops to a Barbie inspired playlist! NEW to Hula Hoop Dancing? Perfect! Jump right in! This event is for ALL levels & “Kens” are welcome too!
• Learn FUNdamentals of on-body hoop rocking
• Discover new off-body skills
• Practice progressions & transitions
• Find your flow with creative combos
• Freestyle Dance Jam with additional props
• Cooldown & circle stretch
Come dressed in your BEST Pink, Sparkly, or Barbie-themed activewear! We’ll be out in the field so wear comfy shoes & bring water.
Adult size Hoops & Flow Props will be provided for class use. Want to order/purchase a custom-made hoop? Message Angela! Life in Plastic, it’s FANTASTIC!
