$70 – $350Our course is designed to cater to YOUR specific gardening wants and needs, which is why we titled our program, “Garden Coaching.”
The program is more than an a series of information sessions- we will be working right beside you, hands in the dirt, together to meet your garden goals.
The fee of $350 gets you the whole program – outlined below. It includes the membership discount card as well as a discount on purchases in the store and in the cafe on the day of classes.
We would like to offer you the option to drop-in on individual classes that fit your interests in leu of registering for the whole course. Each drop-in fee is $75.
We are also selling the In Bloom Garden Club discount card for the 2024 season for 50$ individually!
Garden coaching series of classes will take place on a month, all on Sundays, 11am-12:30ish! Keep scrolling for specific dates and class details!
Be sure to bring pictures of your personal garden space for personal consultations.
March 10Bed design / planning & timing of crops. Seeds vs starts. Succession planting. Tools materials & resources. Personal focus starting a garden journal.
April 7Bed prep – soil prep and amendments. Taking a soil sample. Planting considerations- proper planting technique- measurement & crop placement for light growth needs, spacing and watering methods.
May 5Planning for summer – rotating crops timing & identification of warm season plants. Companion planting. Attracting beneficial insects. Plant supports & garden accents.
June 23Summer bed maintenance methods tools materials resources. Identify common weeds & pests disease identification & how to fight them organically.
August 18Fall bed planning & planting – when to harvest & or remove spent plants. Identify culture and plan for cool weather plantings. Succession planting.
Sept 29thHarvest party in the garden!
How to prep your garden bed for winter & grow through the winter.
Harvest and saving seeds.
In bloom will have complimentary food & beverages straight from our garden to enjoy!
• we encourage you to share your harvest & bring a dish to share as well! And BYOB if u would like!
