Give yourself the gift of deep relaxation and renewal with our Monthly Restorative Yoga class. Beginning on Sunday, December 8, and continuing every second Sunday of the month, this class offers a gentle, soothing practice designed to help you unwind, release tension, and restore balance to your mind and body.

Using props to support the body in restful poses, you’ll move through a series of slow, meditative postures that promote deep relaxation and healing. This practice is ideal for reducing stress, improving flexibility, and calming the nervous system. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is a perfect way to recharge and nourish yourself.

A deeply rejuvenating Restorative Yoga focused on supported poses using blankets, bolsters, pillows, and blocks. This practice offers a unique opportunity to do less and receive more, simply by showing up and allowing yourself to fully relax.

We will focus on reducing stress and encouraging better sleep by inducing a parasympathetic response in the mind and body. Through gentle postures and guided release of tension, you can expect to experience a range of benefits, including:
