Silk and Paper Marbling Workshop

$50Come and create! Join Christine Ennis of Phoenix Fabrics in this silk and paper marbling workshop!
Amazing one-of-a-kind silk scarf, gift wrap, and gift card utilizing Turkish Ebru and European water marbling techniques.
The workshop invites participants to explore the art of water marbling on both paper and silk. Attendees will learn the foundational techniques of marbling to create beautifully unique designs. Participants will create 2 sheets of gift wrap and gift cards. Once students have honed the basic skills on paper all participants will have the opportunity to marble their own large silk wrap/scarf.
Join us for this engaging workshop and unlock the fun and the flow of this mesmerizing art form.
All supplies are included
Participants are encouraged to bring an apron or smock
All materials are included.
Participants will leave class with
2 sheets of gift wrap
2 gift cards
1 silk hanky
1 large silk scarf or table runner
No experience necessary.
