Small Business Saturday: Oyster Mushroom Cultivation

This workshop will show the wonders of oyster mushroom cultivation.

Cody Parker from Drop the Beet Farms has eight years experience in mushroom cultivation, and will guide you through making your own mushroom kit! Cody will show the step-by-step process of straw pasteurization, sterilization, and inoculation in this hands-on workshop likely to engage and interest people of all ages.

Participants will take their mushroom kits home, and watch them fruit up to three times! Oyster Mushroom Recipe’s included.
