In this workshop, Dillon of Edgar Allan Joe Coffee will be educating you on different brewing methods, the know-how’s, the what’s to do’s and the equipment needed to create the perfect cup of coffee.
He will be sharing some recipes for espresso martinis and mocktails for those who would like to byob. Recommended: vodka, Frangelico, Mr. Black, Kahlua
While listening and learning, Dillon will pair his coffee with a sampling of savory, salty and sweet small-bite plates created by Chef Heidi of the Tulip Tree Cafe.
Dillon Cafiero is the owner of Edgar Allan Joe. Born & raised in Farmingdale NJ, Dillon’s passion for what he does gives him the drive to do what he loves which is selling coffee, educating people on coffee-making methods and personally delivering his unique blends!
