Calgo Gardens’ holiday season traditionally begins with our annual Holiday Open House—an evening of merriment, cheer, and holiday shopping. During the weeks prior to the event, the Calgo staff are happily focused on creatively preparing for the festive season.
Deliveries of fresh, aromatic greens start arriving the week of Thanksgiving—ready to be transformed by their creative ideas and skills. Uncommon greens such as white pine, port cedar, and magnolia will add a festive touch to your window boxes and urns, while fresh and fragrant boughs will transform your walkway into a winter delight. Seasonal arrangements, either Calgo made, or custom designed will welcome your guests all season long.
Workshops and demonstrations throughout the season provide you with the inspiration for your holiday decorating. Create your own hand-tied wreath or choose from the many beautiful creations on display at Calgo. With our varied selection of lovely ribbons and special touches, we’ll be able to customize anything to your personal taste. Start by welcoming your guests with a show-stopper wreath or a lush kissing ball.
We love the versatility of our garden spheres and hanging wrought iron decorations. Add an extravagant selection of greens, ribbon, and a lantern to set the mood for holiday cheer. Or add a simple sprig of greens to make a subdued, rustic statement.
